Pristine Place HOA
Pristine Place is a lovely, well established, well maintained, gated and deed restricted community of approximately 700 single family homes in beautiful Spring Hill, Florida. The diverse group of residents who live here helps make it the exciting and enjoyable place to live that it is. It boasts a clubhouse complex with a swimming pool, fitness center, kiddie playground, library and several meeting rooms.
With all these advantages, we like to boast that we still have the lowest Home Owners' Association fees of any residential gated community in Hernando County!
Located just off the Suncoast Parkway, it is convenient to the vibrant Tampa Bay area and all its shopping, cultural and recreational attractions. As you might expect, the dining capabilities are endless, from Italian cuisine to some of the best seafood in the world to plain old American diner delights.
If you're just visiting, please take the time to explore our website, so you can see why Pristine Place is frequently called "The Jewel of Spring Hill."
We think it's the best kept secret in Florida!
