How are conflicts or complaints handled within the community?

The Pristine Place HOA takes conflicts and complaints seriously. If issues arise, residents are encouraged to submit a formal complaint to our Property Manager, Calvin Boyd (Cboyd@greenacre.com) or the HOA (email bod@pristineplace.us or phone 352-515-9420). The Property Manager or Board of Directors will review the matter in accordance with the community’s bylaws, and necessary mediation or corrective steps will be taken.
