Our elegant, luxurious clubhouse is the focal point for most activities in Pristine Place. The clubhouse complex includes our community swimming pool, our fitness center, tennis court, kiddie playground and several well appointed rooms suitable for many uses.

All community meetings are held here in the clubhouse. The Card Room is available for indoor recreation fun and gatherings of smaller groups, while the Grand Ballroom is used for meetings of the Board of Directors, community dinners and activities like our frequent potluck dinners, kiddie parties and our annual Christmas Party.

The beautiful Grand Ballroom can be rented by Pristine Place residents for a nominal fee and is a spectacular venue for weddings, birthday parties and other celebratory events. Consult the Clubhouse Availability Calendar to determine if there is already an event booked. If the day you wish to reserve is blank, you can almost certainly schedule your event on that day. Follow the proceedure below to verify and request it.
